Every entry is already documented on another page of this site and drawn from verified text. Nothing new is claimed here. The only change is the axis.
Adjacency on a timeline is not causation. Entries appear side by side because they share dates, not because a document connects them. Where a document does connect two lanes, the text says so explicitly.

What the Axis Shows
Three things become visible only when the lanes are placed together.
First: the lanes are not separate correspondences. The clearest case is January 2010 — the codon tutorial and the offer of "new talent" are the same thread, days apart, between the same two men. The science and the procurement did not run on parallel tracks. They ran on one.
Second: the same people recur across lanes. Jes Staley receives the "Bill is terribly frustrated" advice in 2011 and is invited to bring his daughter to Mindshift in 2010. Nikolic teaches codon biology in 2010, receives a drone-strike report in 2013, and asks Epstein to route a request through Brunel. Kathy Ruemmler receives an election read on Ebola in 2014 and a bioterror memo in 2015.
Third: the position was maintained, not achieved once. From the 2009 DARPA-adjacent pitch to the 2019 Carbyne correspondence, ten years pass without a break — spanning a conviction, a jail term, and a sex-offender registration.
What the axis does not show is a plan. No document establishes an objective connecting the lanes. The honest description is narrower and still unusual: one man held simultaneous, overlapping access to global-health funding, a UN-affiliated institute, a global bank’s leadership, government policy channels, and a supply of young women — and the same correspondence carried all of it.
And nothing establishes a purpose. That access was itself the objective remains consistent with every document here — and unproven. Unresolved
